RPM is the ultimate indoor ride. RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivating coaching to cater for all levels. Big calorie and fitness results. Try an Express version (30 minutes) if you’re short on time!
BODY PUMP is the world famous resistance workout using barbells, plates and body weight to tone and shape incredibly fast. You can just use the bar or load up the weights and hit it hard. Try the Express version on Friday night. 30 minutes and it’s over!
BODY ATTACK is the sports inspired athletic workout that will get you fit fast. It mixes strength, power and cardio training to challenge you at any fitness level. As with all our classes you can start at any level.
BODY ATTACK EXPRESS is a 45 minute version of the 60 minute version. If you are time poor or want just a few more options or even if this time slot just suits you. This class is for everyone.
ZUMBA Fitness is the Latin inspired dance fitness class. Easy to learn fun movements as you get fitter!
