BODY BALANCE

Les Mills BODY BALANCE is a modern day fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Benefits include strength, flexibility and and an amazing feeling of relaxation.

BODY COMBAT

Les Mills BODY COMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

BODY JAM

Les Mills BODY JAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.

METAPWR

MetaPWR is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.

METAFIT

A 20 minute high intensity body weight workout (all levels welcome).

CYCLE

Try our cycle classes for a high intensity and great cardio workout. Available for all skill levels.

In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body
